The City Administration of Laktaši has presented three new promotional video materials as part of the project “Video Signposts for the Diaspora: Laktaši – A City for Everyone!”
Through this project, Laktaši position themselves as a modern, dynamic, and strategically important city, ready for new investment opportunities and stronger global connections.
Video 1: Laktaši as an Investment Destination
• strengthening the international visibility of Laktaši,
• improving cooperation with the diaspora,
• attracting investments,
• promoting cultural identity,
• developing tourism and the local economy.
Through this project, Laktaši position themselves as a modern, dynamic, and strategically important city, ready for new investment opportunities and stronger global connections.
Video 2: Laktaši – A City of Youth, Education, and Sports
The second video addresses young people from the diaspora as well as local youth, emphasizing that Laktaši offers:
• high-quality educational programs,
• modern sports facilities and support for talented athletes,
• cultural diversity and an active social life,
• opportunities for return, employment, and career development.
The goal of this video is to strengthen the emotional connection of young people with their roots and to motivate them to recognize Laktaši as a place where they can build their future.
Video 3: Tourist Attractions and Cultural Heritage of Laktaši
The third video invites members of the diaspora and tourists to rediscover the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Laktaši. The key highlights include:
• thermal spas and wellness centers,
• cultural and historical landmarks,
• sports and recreational areas,
• local events and traditional gastronomy.
This video promotes Laktaši as a destination that combines health tourism, recreation, culture, and hospitality, encouraging the diaspora to become ambassadors of local tourism worldwide.
Ministry Support and Strategic Importance of the Project
The project is supported by the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina through a grant for the implementation of the Policy on Cooperation with the Diaspora.
